The 2015 Hudson-Concord Elks Balloon and Blues Festival begins with a sunrise accension, the the Hudson Venture group is holding a Pancake Breakfast in the Pavilion. Vendors will be set up by 11am, Lucky Pro Wrestling from Noon til 2pm, Three Blues Bands start at 3pm- 9pm-ish. More balloons flying, Glowing, tethered rides, balloon walk throughs, a State Police K-9 demonstration, Train rides, and more.
